Initial Steps
The initial steps of our process include getting a free estimate and reserving a spot. Please note we require a 25 percent deposit and authorization by signature to do the work described in the contract to book a spot in our schedule.
Within one week of reserving the spot, you'll get a phone call from our production manager to talk about color preferences and a potential start date. During this phone call, you can also address any other concerns or mention any details that need to be managed prior to starting work on your home.
Four weeks before the job is set to begin, we'll send someone out to do test patches on your walls to ensure that you're happy with the color. We understand that paint colors can appear differently in different lighting, so this step is important to make sure you're completely satisfied with the final product. Additionally, if your home is part of an HOA, we will provide you with everything you'll need to get approval from them. After you've made the final color selections and gotten approval from your HOA, we will schedule a rough start date!

Leading Up to the Job
In the week leading up to the job, you can expect phone calls from our team to keep you updated on the status of our schedule and answer any questions or concerns you may have. We want you to be as involved (or uninvolved) in the process as you'd like, so we'll always keep the lines of communication open. During this part of the process, we will keep you informed about any changes due to weather or unforeseen delays in our work schedule.
Before starting the job, we will power wash your house to prep the surface for painting. This is an important step because it removes any dirt, debris, or mildew that could impact the paint job. We’ll also cover areas of your home that aren't being painted with drop cloths.
Once we've prepped the surface and your belongings are safe, it's time to start painting! Our team of professional painters will work diligently to complete the job as quickly and efficiently as possible without sacrificing quality.

During the Job
During the job, our team will let you know what time you can expect us to begin work each day. Additionally, we will discuss any concerns with you daily so we can get those addressed immediately. We encourage open communication throughout the process so that we can address any concerns promptly you may have and ensure that you're getting exactly what you want. After the Job
Once the job is complete, we'll do a walkthrough with you to ensure that everything meets your expectations. If there are any touch-ups or changes needed, we'll take care of those right away.
